5th sept...is celebrated as Teacher's day in India...
During school days it used to be lot of fun....as this was one of the rare days when there was no formal study & we students used to act as our Teacher...
I was in KV...& there students of class 9th used to teach everybody on that day....
When we were in class 9th, I remember how our Math's teacher(Mishra Sir) used to come in our classs & asked everybody...who want to act which teacher ?
Most of my class mates wanted to become either a Principal, or PT sir..or some senior teacher.....but I was the only one...who never raised hand to become any of teacher....
when I was asked...I replied...I wanted to become one of the Peon....& want to ring the bell for every period change....want to server water to all teachers (class mates)
So next day...when all my class mates was acting as one of the teacher.....I was happily serving them all day....
Many of my class mates tried to misuse me..by asking me for water frequently.....And without hesitation I was serving them water....
they were wondering ki Nimesh ko guss kyu nahi aa raha.....but what they didn't know that I was spiting in the glass before serving them water... :)
Next day there was a prize distribution ceremony....& for everyone's surprise I got the 1st prize !! And I still cherish that prize....
Anyway.....before signing out.....I would surely like to thank to 2 of my Teachers.....
-Mukund Sir
- Mishra Sir...
Mukund Sir was my Math's tutor & I used to take his private tutions...
He was the 1st person who booted confidence in my Math's skill..... & since then I never looked back.... from class 8th till 12th....I hardly got less than 90% in Mathematics.....
And today I can proudly say that Mukund sir has big contribution to whatever I am today...
Diwakar Mishra Sir was my Math's teacher in school. He used to challenge me by asking tougher question....& I used to take it +vely...
Infact once he gave a class 9th question in class 8th....& I was the only one in class who could solve that...
He asked us question of 'Linear equation in 2 variable' where was in class 8th the course was limited to 'Linear equation in 1 variable'...& somehow I solved that problem...
Mishra sir was so happy with me...that he even took me to other teachers & praised me...
Happy Teacher's Day....
